3E is seeking a SaaS Engineer Trainee to support and develop the SynaptiQ platform while ensuring strong client satisfaction. The role includes onboarding, handling first-level tickets, and contributing to feature development under guidance from Senior SaaS Engineers.

The ideal candidate is enrolled in an Engineering degree (renewable energy, mechanical, electrical) or has recently graduated, with strong English, analytical skills, and a customer-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding an Engineering degree (renewable energy, mechanical, electrical or related).
• Strong English proficiency is required.
• Analytical thinking to analyse data flows (FTP, API, SQL, UI dashboards).
• Excellent communication, proactive attitude and customer orientation.
• Knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Handle first-level client support tickets and escalate complex issues.
• Assist with deployment of assets into the SynaptiQ platform.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the platform under supervision.
• Test new features and assist in debugging.
• Suggest improvements to internal tools and processes.
