Wilson & Sterling Consulting in Belgium seeks an RPG/AS400 Developer/Analyst to design, develop and maintain IT applications on business demand, using RPG IV/ILE, Free RPG, CL, and DB2.

You will validate functional specifications, implement changes, test before user acceptance, support business users, and contribute to release management and documentation in a collaborative team.

A degree in IT, 2+ years for junior or 5+ years for senior, and strong teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• Junior profile: minimum 2 years of experience; Senior profile: minimum 5 years.
• Strong analytical and teamwork skills.
• Ability to interact with business users and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Develop new programs or adapt existing ones per approved specifications.
• Test developments before user testing and deployment.
• Maintain and improve existing IT applications; fix bugs and implement improvements.
• Provide user support, create documentation, and participate in release management.
