In4Matic in Belgium is seeking an experienced RPG Analyst Developer to support a client’s ERP system on the IBM AS/400 iSeries platform. You will analyze business processes and translate them into efficient RPG solutions to sustain daily operations.

You will develop, maintain, and optimize RPG applications, ensure reliability and performance, and participate in system design discussions to identify automation opportunities. The role requires onsite work and fluency in Dutch.

Qualifications

• Strong medior or senior-level expertise in RPG (RPG III, RPG IV, RPG ILE).
• Background in ERP systems: preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or inventory management contexts.
• In-depth technical knowledge of IBM AS/400 iSeries.
• Excellent analytical thinking and the ability to convert functional requirements into scalable code.
• Comfortable working autonomously as well as within cross-functional teams.

We're looking for an experienced RPG Analyst Developer to support our client in maintaining and evolving their custom ERP system built on the IBM AS/400 iSeries platform. This ERP solution plays a central role in the day-to-day operations of a growing company.
