V-IT NV is seeking a Rollout Planner in Brussels to coordinate multi-site implementations across facilities, IT, security, and operations. You will translate concepts into site-level rollout plans with sequencing, timing, dependencies, and required partners.

In the first six months you will establish a trusted overview of all site activities, align internal teams and external partners, and ensure rollouts are thoroughly planned and documented.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in engineering, facility, operations, or related field.
• 10+ years of rollout planning or multi-site program delivery experience.
• Proven ability to align diverse teams and external partners under high pressure.
• Fluency in English; Dutch and/or French preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a consolidated view of all on-site actions across the CASH-point network.
• Identify and sequence activities to prevent duplicate or conflicting interventions.
• Guard coherence across Facility, Operations, IT, and Security activities.
• Provide management with a reliable, up-to-date picture of planned, in-progress, and completed actions per site.
• Translate approved project concepts into concrete, site-level rollout plans, including sequence, timing, dependencies, and required partners.
• Coordinate with external partners and site coordinators, aligning with project leads.
• Maintain a realistic master plan balancing demand against site access, resource availability, and business constraints.
• Ensure every project passes the rollout quality gate before execution begins.
• Act as rollout executor for defined projects, driving them to completion across all impacted sites.
• Report to the Chief Facility Officer on portfolio-level rollout status and work closely with the CIO organization.
• Ensure all work performed on-site is properly documented and reflected in internal records.
• Uphold security, confidentiality, and audit requirements in all planning and execution activities.

Rollout Planner

Location: Brussels, 3 days onsite / 2 days remote

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a consolidated view of all on-site actions across the CASH-point network, regardless of the initiating party.
• Identify and sequence activities to prevent duplicate or conflicting interventions.
• Act as the guardian of coherence across Facility, Operations, IT, and Security activities.
• Provide management with a reliable, up-to-date picture of planned, in-progress, and completed actions per site.
• Translate approved project concepts into concrete, site-level rollout plans, including sequence, timing, dependencies, and required partners.
• Coordinate with external partners and site coordinators, aligning with project leads.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or equivalent seniority through experience in a relevant field (engineering, facility, operations, project management, or similar).
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in rollout planning, project coordination, or multi-site program delivery.
• Proven experience delivering multi-site rollouts.
• Demonstrated ability to align parties who do not report to you and earn their trust through natural authority.
• Comfort making trade-off and sequencing calls under pressure with incomplete information.
• Strong planning and coordination skills, managing dependencies across multiple parties and external partners.
• Excellent communication skills, able to align technical teams, business requestors, and external suppliers.
• Strong sense of confidentiality and professional discretion.
• Fluency in English, Dutch, and/or French.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in banking, ATM/self-service networks, retail rollout, telecom, or another multi-site operational environment.
• Experience working with external construction, maintenance, or facility partners.
• Project or program certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile).
• Familiarity with regulated financial-services requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, DORA).

What Success Looks Like:

In your first six months, you will establish a clear, trusted overview of all site activities, and the business will rely on it. Partners and internal teams will turn to you for coordination, and your sequencing calls will be trusted. Parallel projects will no longer collide on the ground; site interventions will be sequenced, planned, and communicated ahead of time. The rollout quality gate will be respected, ensuring work only starts when genuinely ready. For projects you execute, rollouts will complete cleanly across all sites, on plan, well‑documented, and without surprises for the field.
