Carmans, a family business in Belgium, is seeking a road construction worker. As part of a dedicated team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining roads, sewers, and pavements. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic team players who enjoy outdoor work in all weather conditions and possess a category B driving license.

Your Role

As a road construction worker, you’re part of an experienced crew responsible for building and maintaining roads, sewer systems, parking lots, and pavements. You work under the guidance of a crew chief and help with various tasks that are essential for the smooth progress of the site.

Your tasks include:

• Preparing the site and supplying materials
• Assisting with the installation of sewer systems, foundations, and pavements
• Simple earthworks, leveling, and cleanup tasks
• Working together with the machine operator and your teammates for an efficient result

Your Profile

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable team player who:

• Is interested in road construction and infrastructure works
• Loves working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Works accurately and safely, with respect for colleagues and equipment
• Speaks Dutch and has a category B driving license
• Experience in road construction or earthworks is a plus, but motivation is just as important
