Job summary

Select Group in Belgium is seeking a Road Worker to join a long-term, hands-on role on active projects across Flanders and Brussels. You will contribute to road construction and sewerage works, working outdoors in a close-knit team.

We value diligence and safety: expect early starts (as early as 6:00 AM), physical work, and a willingness to learn. Dutch knowledge and a Category B license with a VCA certificate are preferred, and training and career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Motivated and eager to learn.
• Willing to start shifts early (as early as 6:00 AM).
• Comfortable with physical work.
• Knowledge of Dutch to follow safety instructions on site.
• Experience in construction is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out house connections and foundation works.
• Install drainage gullies, curbstones, and other infrastructure.
• Remove manhole covers and perform preparatory earthworks.
• Support the team with various site activities.
• Collaborate with experienced colleagues who will provide on-the-job training.
