South Pole is a global climate solutions company helping organizations finance and implement emission-reduction projects. We seek a proactive Risk Operations Assistant to support the CRO and Risk team, combining governance administration with workflow automation to improve efficiency and ensure adherence to our risk standards.

You will collaborate with internal teams, build dashboards, migrate data, and adopt new tools in a fast-growing, international environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
Interest or experience in workflow automation and low-code/no-code tools.
Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented.
Ability to handle confidential governance data with discretion.
Excellent written and spoken English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

Support the CRO and Risk leadership with day-to-day administration.
Identify opportunities to streamline and automate risk workflows.
Build and maintain workflow automations, dashboards, and KPI tracking.
Assist with tool adoption, testing, and data migration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure risk deliverables.
Provide additional administrative and analytical support as needed.
