As Payroll Officer in our Payroll Department for Maritime Crew, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll administration for our colleagues working on dredging and offshore projects. In this role, you combine administrative precision with service-oriented support, contributing to the wellbeing of our 550 seafarers.
As a Technical Expert, you will be responsible for providing specialized technical support for our offshore ships, focusing on our fixed cranes. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, ensuring that all technical systems and equipment are maintained to the highest standard. This role involves creating and preparing work orders, developing maintenance plans, and collaborating with external suppliers and service providers to ensure knowledge exchange and optimal system performance.
As a Technical Expert for Offshore Systems, you will join our Technical Engineering team, which is part of the Fleet Organization at DEME. This team plays a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and performance of the advanced systems that keep our vessels at the forefront of innovation. These systems include not only our offshore cranes but also cable lay systems, jacking systems, and monopile installation systems, each critical to delivering extraordinary projects worldwide.

You will provide engineering support during project execution and follow-up on performance and any modifications or improvements to existing equipment.
As an IoT Network & Cybersecurity Engineer, you will step into a dynamic environment where operational technology, connectivity and security come together. You will help safeguard and optimize DEME’s operational networks, specifically related to our vessels. That means designing, securing and troubleshooting the critical systems that make our pioneering projects possible.
