Shell in Edson, AB is seeking a permanent full-time supervisor to oversee sales staff, assign duties, and coordinate training. The role requires 1 year to less than 2 years of experience and a high school graduation certificate. Work is on-site with no remote option, starting as soon as possible.

The successful candidate will manage schedules, prepare reports on sales volumes and inventory, and handle customer requests, complaints, and stock issues while ensuring efficient team coordination.

Qualifications

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
• Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsabilités

• Assign sales workers to duties
• Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
• Authorize return of merchandise
• Establish work schedules
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
