Job summary

Carhartt WIP is looking for a full-time Sales Assistant for our Antwerp store. You will deliver excellent customer service, adapt brand stories to the retail setting, and help drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

You will develop product knowledge, maintain store appearance, and follow all policies while building loyalty with customers. Fluency in Dutch and English is required; French is a plus. A dedicated, team-oriented attitude and enthusiasm are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
• Dedicated, team-oriented and flexible.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is advantageous.
• Confident, driven and enthusiastic.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and adapt brand stories to the retail setting.
