Pierre Fabre Laboratories in Brussels is seeking an experienced Marketing Activation Specialist to maximize retail activation across pharmacy, parapharmacy, and e-retail. You will define activation plans, run in-store programs, and ensure brand visibility aligns with strategy.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in Marketing or Trade Marketing, strong project management, fluent in Dutch, French and English, and solid MS Office with BI basics.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of Marketing, Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, or Retail Activation experience.
• Strong project management capabilities and stakeholder management.
• Fluency in Dutch, French & English.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office; basic analytics/BI literacy.

Responsabilités

• Define activation plans for multiple channels and annual calendars.
• Lead in-store programs (Perfect Store/RISE) and ensure brand visibility aligns with strategy.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Sales to drive field execution and ROI measurements.
• Manage POSM/visibility, supplier relationships, and KPI tracking.
