The program emphasizes learning by doing, exposure to energy transition topics, and client-ready deliverables. During 12–15 weeks, you will work on real client challenges, contribute to forecasting, decarbonization efforts, and digital transformation, under experienced coaching.

Qualifications

• Curious about the energy transition and resources.
• Enjoy solving problems and turning analysis into clear recommendations.
• Eager to learn new methodologies, processes, technologies and industry topics.
• Collaborate in diverse teams and communicate with clarity and confidence.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French, with working knowledge of the other language.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with expected graduation in 2027.
