Hasselt University (UHasselt) invites applications for a 40% Researcher position within the CIRCFashion – Virtual Retail Lab project, in collaboration with Thomas More and design partners. This role develops methodologies to virtually design, test and evaluate circular retail concepts.

You will contribute to developing design and evaluation tools for the Flemish fashion sector, run user studies and validation activities, and facilitate workshops with companies and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Interior Architecture, Product Design, or equivalent.
• Experience with user research, observations, interviews, or qualitative methods is an asset.
• Strong Dutch communication and reporting skills.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to development of methodologies for circular retail concepts.
• Analyse international best practices and prepare user studies.
• Process and interpret research data and develop design tools.
• Prepare and facilitate workshops, demonstrations and validation sessions with companies and stakeholders.
