  • Work Content Assist the research team in the following synthetic biology and metabolic engineering-related projects:
    • Carbon Capture System Design and Optimization: Use synthetic biology and metabolic biology to design and enhance the efficiency of plant carbon capture pathways.
    • Microbial Engineering and Directed Evolution: Use E. coli as a model to engineer and evolve new carbon-fixation routes, then implement them in plants or cyanobacteria to boost carbon-fixation performance.
Qualifications
  • Background in molecular biology, life sciences, or chemical engineering, or experience in programming and an interest in interdisciplinary research.
  • Proactive learning, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • Interest in synthetic biology, microbial, and plant carbon capture is preferred.
Working Environment
  • Operating Hours According to AS regulations
  • Work Place AS IBC R709
  • Treatment The monthly salary starts from NT$44,968 for master's degree holders, and NT$64,711 for Postdocs. Salary can be negotiated based on background qualifications and actual performance. This position abides to the Labor Standards Act.
