H&O Equipments is seeking an experienced R&D Engineer to drive the development of next‑generation cryosurgical medical devices. You will contribute across the full lifecycle, from design and SolidWorks development to testing, risk management and V&V, in an international, cross‑functional setting.

The role requires at least 5+ years in medical device R&D, a relevant electromechanical degree, and strong SolidWorks expertise. English is required; French or Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of R&D experience in medical devices or related healthcare technologies.
• Degree in Electromechanical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering with strong electromechanical experience.
• Strong SolidWorks experience.
• Experience with regulated product development, risk management and verification/validation.
• Professional English; French or Dutch is an advantage.
• Authorization to work in Belgium.

R&D Engineer – Medical Devices | Ghislenghien, Belgium

Join H&O Equipments and help develop the next generation of cryosurgical medical devices used by healthcare professionals in more than 60 countries worldwide.

We are looking for an experienced R&D Engineer with a strong electromechanical background who wants hands‑on involvement across the medical device development lifecycle — from design and SolidWorks development to testing, risk management, verification and validation.
