Bergerat Monnoyeur Belgium, based in Overijse, seeks a Rental Manager to lead our rental activities nationwide. You will drive revenue, margins, customer satisfaction and market share while coordinating cross-functional teams across Belgium and Luxembourg.

You will manage commercial development, ensure safety compliance and promote CRM usage while leveraging IT tools. Strong leadership, Dutch/French and English proficiency are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a commercial leadership role, ideally rental or industrial sectors.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• People management experience.
• Product and IT knowledge.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
• Basic knowledge of safety and environment.
• Intermediate English; fluent French and Dutch helpful.
