Vivaldis Group is seeking a polyvalent construction/renovation worker in Paal-Beringen. The role involves Gyproc installation, finishing walls and ceilings, window and door fitting, roller shutter setup, and building wooden frame walls with insulation. You will work both on-site and in the workshop.

The candidate should be able to handle interior finishing tasks, work with EPDM roofing support, and assist with verandas and cladding installations. Prior experience in similar trades is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Gyproc installation and finishing on walls/ceilings.
• Experience with window/door installation and interior finishing (PVC or Gyproc).
• Ability to install roller shutters and motors.
• Experience building wooden frame walls (outer/inner) and insulating layers.

Responsabilités

• Install and finish Gyproc on walls and ceilings.
• Install windows/doors and finish inside frames.
• Install roller shutters and motors.
• Construct wood frame walls and insulate with sheathing, vapour barriers, OSB.
• Build interior walls and finish with Gyproc.
• Assist roofing tasks and cover with EPDM.
• Place aluminum verandas and exterior cladding.

Description du poste

Voor onze klant in Paal-Beringen zijn we op zoek naar een polyvalent bouwarbeider / renovatie-arbeider.

• Je zal instaan voor volgende zaken:
• Gyproc plaatsen + afwerken (zowel wanden als plafonds)
• Plaatsen van ramen en deuren + afwerking binnenkant ramen (pvc of gypro). (+afbraak en afvoer ramen/deuren)
• Rolluiken + motor plaatsen.
• Plaatsen van binnendeuren, zowel schilderdeuren als paniekdeuren.
• Opbouwen van skeletmuren in hout, zowel de buitenmuren als de binnenmuren. (en dan bekleden met isolatie, dampschermen, osb)
• Binnenmuren opbouwen en afwerken met gyproc.
• Dakconstructies maken en helpen bekleden met EPDM.
• Alu veranda helpen plaatsen.
• Gevelbekleding plaatsen (pvc of hout).
• In elkaar maken van maatkasten en gaan plaatsen.
• Trespa plaatsen
• Verfdeuren kant en klaar maken (uithalen slot en plaatsen van scharnieren)
• Je werkt afwisselend op verplaatsing en in het atelier.
