Deel is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of Deel’s platform. You’ll work across Express APIs, React UIs, and a Postgres data layer within a remote-first, cross-functional team.

You’ll bring 8+ years of full-stack experience, strong TS skills, and a pragmatic, collaborative mindset. This role is global, with a competitive base in USD and a 24/7 SaaS mindset enabling scalable, secure solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Full-Stack experience with a focus on TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of designing, coding, testing, and maintaining SaaS apps.
• Excellent communication in a remote-first, cross-functional environment.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement server-side APIs, data models, and business logic using Express.
• Build client-side React components, hooks, stories, and tests to interface with APIs.
• Create and optimize PostgreSQL schemas, queries, and interactions.
• Develop reusable components for front and back end to improve maintainability.
• Perform thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting for quality deliverables.
• Stay updated on web development trends and propose process improvements.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to the team.
• Communicate progress and challenges effectively to stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development methodologies and tools.
