Tether is seeking a Node.js Software Engineer to join our remote, globally distributed team. You will develop and maintain our P2P stack and expand our ecosystem, which includes over 1500 public npm modules and a robust, modular codebase.

You will collaborate across time zones, contribute to OSS projects, and help optimize network protocols for low latency and high throughput in a cutting-edge digital finance platform.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Node.js development with production-scale applications.
• Modular, maintainable code and reusable npm modules.
• Strong testing and debugging skills.
• Familiarity with P2P technologies or distributed systems.
• Comfort collaborating in a remote, globally distributed team.
