Job summary

WW Talents is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agents to join international teams operating remotely from Greece. You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email and chat, supporting products, orders and returns, and troubleshooting basic issues.

Qualifications

• Must have C1/C2 level Dutch
• English level B2-C1 depending on project
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email and chat
• Handle inquiries related to products, services, orders, deliveries, payments, warranties and repairs
• Provide after-sales support and assist with returns, replacements, refunds and warranty claims
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through product setup and configuration
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions
• Create and manage customer cases accurately in CRM systems
• Investigate customer issues and determine the most appropriate solution
• Escalate complex cases to relevant internal teams
• Provide customers with timely updates regarding their cases
• Complete back-office tasks and maintain accurate customer records
• Use internal tools and knowledge bases to research information and resolve inquiries
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in every interaction
