Vandemoortele in Ghent, Belgium, is seeking a Customer Care Agent for Product Master Data Retail. You will ensure accurate product specifications reach customers and support internal teams to implement agreements across care, logistics, data, production, and marketing.

You will analyze data in Excel, back up colleagues across the Customer Care organization, and help various business lines with timely updates and smooth master data workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and customer focus.
• Excellent organization and time management; detail oriented.

Responsabilités

• Communicate product specifications clearly to customers and ensure understanding.
• Coordinate product information between customers and internal teams; ensure timely follow‑ups.
• Maintain product master data across GS1, Brandbank and Mediabank platforms.
• Process invoices and manage promotional materials.
• Support KAMs and field teams with operational follow‑ups and data analyses.
