Our client in Belgium seeks a Data Management Analyst to ensure master data accuracy, setup, maintenance, and integrity across ERP systems and business applications. You will monitor data quality and collaborate with IT, MDM, and business teams to meet SLAs and drive improvements.

The role requires 2+ years in MDM or related data roles, ERP experience (preferably JDE), and solid SQL/Excel skills. Permanent, full-time position with start ASAP; located in Kontich & Antwerp, Belgium.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Master Data Management or a closely related data management role.
• ERP systems experience, ideally JDE or similar.
• Experience in data governance or data quality.
• Experience using data governance or master data management tools is advantageous.
• Intermediate proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, lookups, analytics).
• University degree or college diploma in IT / CS / Data Management or related field.

Responsabilités

• Execute master data setup, maintenance, and configuration across ERP systems and other applications.
• Manage master data requests via workflow tools and central mailboxes with SLA adherence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to follow data management processes and standards.
• Review business requests for completeness and data quality before processing.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve master data discrepancies and quality issues.
• Provide master data support to business functions as required across the organisation.
• Help design and implement improved data and workflow processes.
• Escalate complex data issues to the Global MDM Manager when needed.
