Michael Page is seeking an AP/Junior Accountant to join a stable team based in the south of Brussels. You will process supplier invoices, handle bank transactions, and maintain supplier data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Accounting (or equivalent through experience).
• Ability to process invoices with care and accuracy.
• Excellent command of English and fluency in either French or Dutch with good knowledge of the other language.
• Comfort with routine accounting and administrative tasks.
• Ability to prepare clear and accurate financial information.
• Hands-on mindset with a genuine desire to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and ensure accounting data is entered accurately.
• Process bank transactions.
• Manage supplier master data.
• Check invoice details against documentation to maintain reliable records.
• Maintain up-to-date supplier account information for daily finance activities.
• Follow up on missing invoice details and resolve basic processing queries.
• Reconcile invoice information with accounting records to identify differences.
• Support preparation of regular finance reports with accurate data.
• Contribute to efficient administrative processes within Accounting & Finance.
