Envalior seeks a Reliability Engineer at the Lillo site to maximize plant availability, optimize maintenance strategies, and enhance equipment performance in line with business goals.
You will design preventive and predictive maintenance, perform RCA/RCA, lead FMEA/RCM assessments, and collaborate with maintenance and operations to strengthen asset management and safety. Fluent Dutch and English are required; a Master’s degree and 5–10 years’ experience are expected; SAP PM knowledge is a plus.

As a Reliability Engineer, you will lead initiatives to improve equipment and process reliability across the plant. You will design and optimise preventive and predictive maintenance programmes, conduct risk analyses, and ensure root cause analysis of failures is implemented effectively. You will collaborate closely with maintenance and operations teams and contribute to the overall asset management strategy, using SAP PM and other reliability tools to monitor, track, and improve performance.
