Obelis is seeking several Regulatory Affairs Interns for Brussels, starting October 2026, as part of Obelis School.

You will gain knowledge of EU legislation, handle administrative tasks in the Regulatory department, and support product classifications, documentation reviews, and EU applications. This paid, 12-month internship offers hybrid work and opportunities to develop your career at Obelis.

Qualifications

• Applicants must hold EU work permit.
• Fluent in English (written & oral).
• Bachelor/Master in a relevant field.
• Team player with clear communication.
• Willing to learn and grow.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Learn EU legislation and notification procedures while delivering professional client service.
• Perform administrative tasks in the Regulatory department at the highest level.
• Classify products and review documentation.
• Process EU applications (Notifications, registrations, GMDN, FSC).
• Respond to queries from EU authorities.
• Support regulatory and scientific research.
• Participate in Obelis events.
