Job summary

KSB is seeking a Sales Engineer / Account Manager – Valves to be the main commercial contact for customers in Wallonia, Brussels and Luxembourg, combining field visits with remote work and regular meetings at our Wavre office.

You will manage existing portfolios, identify new opportunities, translate customer needs into valve solutions, and drive long‑term partnerships while supporting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with technical focus.
• Experience in a technical B2B environment.
• Experience in external sales, account management or business development.
• Experience with valves, industrial fittings, pumps, piping or process equipment is a strong asset.
• Excellent command of French and good working knowledge of English.
• Good knowledge of standard IT tools and CRM/ERP systems (SAP advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an existing customer portfolio across Wallonia, Brussels and Luxembourg.
• Identify and prospect new business opportunities.
• Understand customers’ technical needs and advise on suitable valve solutions.
• Manage commercial follow-up from need identification to order.
• Prepare and present commercial offers with internal teams.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and partnerships.
• Monitor market developments and opportunities in your sector.
• Collaborate closely with Inside Sales, technical and commercial teams.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets.
