Adisseo is looking for an HR Business Partner for Europe & CIS to act as a strategic partner to the Regional Director, driving people strategy to support growth and transformation. This role involves overseeing HR processes, managing employee relations, and leading talent development.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree in HR or related fields, experience as an HR Business Partner in an international context, and fluency in English. The position requires travel across Europe, approximately 20% of the time.
