Wavin is seeking an Account Manager B&I for East Flanders. You will split time between account management and business development, translating customer needs into Wavin solutions.

You’ll engage with distributors, wholesalers, and contractors, and drive projects from discovery to close. Based in East Flanders with ~4 days weekly client visits, you’ll leverage your sales experience in construction sectors and your Dutch language skills to grow the regional business and strengthen customer

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant sales experience.
• Fluent in Dutch; English would be a plus.
• Experience in solution selling.
• Affinity with construction and installation sectors.
• Analytical, solutions-oriented and creative.
• Experience with CRM systems and MS Office.
• Strong relationship builder with a commercial mindset.

Responsabilités

• Identify opportunities to grow sales with existing and new customers.
• Maintain, develop, and strengthen customer relationships within your region.
• Translate sales plans into concrete actions to achieve business objectives.
• Discuss quotations, orders, and project opportunities with customers.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial agreements within established guidelines.
• Use CRM tools effectively to manage your pipeline and customer activities.
• Work closely with Internal Sales, Technical Advisors, and Project Teams.
• Act as a key link between distributors, wholesalers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Build a strong regional network and convert opportunities into successful projects.
