Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group in Belgium is seeking a Receptionist Day & Night to join our Front Office team, delivering warm, consistent service from check-in to check-out and everything in-between.

You will be the guests' first point of contact, embodying the Yes I Can spirit, managing guest requests with empathy, multitasking during busy shifts, and coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure memorable stays for all guests.

Qualifications

• Flexibility and a positive, Yes I Can attitude.
• Creative problem-solver with a service mindset.
• Experience in a hospitality front desk role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the guest journey is smooth from check-in to check-out.
• Provide exceptional service with patience and a friendly attitude.
• Proactively resolve guest requests and coordinate with front office and other departments.
• Maintain front desk operations during day and night shifts.
