About The Role

The Receptionist role in our Aspria Brussels Avenue Louise club is the perfect opportunity for a highly motivated and energetic individual with excellent interpersonal skills who wants to be part of the fast-moving and dynamic world of Health Clubs. Your Responsibilities
  • Welcoming members, offering an efficient, friendly and polite welcome
  • Dealing with telephone enquiries
  • Taking bookings promptly and efficiently
  • Dealing with Members complaints and answer requests/questions
  • Collecting all payments from the Members by cash, credit card in accordance with information and correspondence received and dispense change
  • Interacting and co-operating fully with all Club Department
Your background
  • First work experience in a Customer Service environment
  • Fluent in French and English - another European language is an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Stress resistant
  • Highly organized and at ease with reservation software
  • Flexible, shifts are between 06.00 and 22.00 during the week and we are open during the weekend from 08.00-20.00
  • Great team spirit and energetic personality
