Bridge351 is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to join the Cybersecurity Operations unit of the General Secretariat of the Council (GSC) of the European Union, based in Brussels, Belgium.

You will monitor, detect, and respond to cybersecurity threats in real time, deploy and harden servers, configure network devices, and produce vulnerability reports and dashboards for stakeholders. This role demands collaboration across IT, cloud, and security teams in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• English proficiency at C1 level required.
• Experience in cybersecurity operations and threat analysis.
• Ability to work in an international environment.

Responsabilités

• Create custom internal scripts for automation and API integration.
• Deploy, manage, and harden servers (Linux/Windows/VMware ESXi).
• Configure network devices and secure VPN gateways.
• Prepare vulnerability reports, remediation plans, dashboards.
• Manage vulnerability lifecycle across on-premises and cloud.
• Coordinate remediation across teams and report metrics to stakeholders.
• Design and deploy infrastructure to improve availability.
• Write technical documentation for engineers and users.
• Solve problems focusing on automation to prevent recurrence.
