Scale Law in Belgium seeks an experienced Real Estate lawyer with 5–10 years of practice to join its Antwerp and Brussels teams. You hold a Master’s degree in Law from a Belgian university, are native Dutch, fluent in English, with basic French, and you combine analytical rigor with a pragmatic, leadership-minded approach.

You will coach junior lawyers, collaborate across practice areas, and maintain direct client contact to contribute to the growth of the Real Estate department.

• Master’s degree in Law from a Belgian university.

• Strong analytical skills with an assertive, pragmatic approach.
• Team player with leadership skills to contribute to the department.
• At least 5 years of experience in Real Estate law.

Your profile

• You hold a Master’s degree in Law from a Belgian university.
• You are a native Dutch speaker and have a good command of English, both written and spoken, as well as at least a basic knowledge of French.
• You combine strong analytical skills with an assertive attitude and adopt an efficient, pragmatic approach.
• You are a team player with the leadership skills required to contribute to the development of the department..
• You have at least 5 years of experience in Real Estate law.

What will you do?

• Play an active role in coaching and mentoring junior team members.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues within the department and across other practice areas.
• Maintain direct contact with clients and contribute to the firm’s overall development, and in particular to the growth of the Real Estate department.
