Job summary

EMW in Mons, Belgium seeks an experienced RDS Engineer to design, deploy and support RDS environments across Windows Server platforms. You will manage RDSH, RD Gateway, RD Web, and licensing, while configuring GPOs and ensuring security and performance.

You will troubleshoot complex incidents, automate tasks with PowerShell, and coordinate with infrastructure, security and service desk teams. A NATO COSMIC TOP SECRET clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Active NATO COSMIC TOP SECRET clearance is required.
• 3+ years managing core services of a large enterprise.
• 3+ years building, administering, and troubleshooting large Windows RDS environments.
• Experience with RDS monitoring tools like Syskit or RDPManager.
• Extensive Windows Server, DNS, AD, and Exchange expertise.
• VDI experience and VMware vSphere administration a plus.
• ITIL knowledge and Service Operation experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, configure, and troubleshoot RDS environments across Windows Server platforms.
• Administer RDSH, RD Gateway, RD Web, and Remote Desktop Licensing.
• Manage RDS farms, session collections, user sessions, and RemoteApp.
• Configure GPOs for RDS security and user session policies.
• Monitor performance, capacity and user experience; resolve issues proactively.
• Automate tasks with PowerShell and related scripting tools.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, security and service desk teams.
• Maintain documentation, diagrams and procedures; participate in upgrades.
