Médiane Benelux in Belgium is seeking a Test Assembly Engineer for railway projects. You will join safety-critical systems integration, handling assembly, wiring, power integration, and documentation from bench to prototype.

The role requires a technical degree in electromechanics/electronics, hands-on experience with test benches or industrial systems, and ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings. You will work in a regulated environment to ensure quality and traceability.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in electromechanics or electronics is required.
• Proven experience assembling and integrating test benches or industrial systems.
• Strong hands-on wiring, cabling and power integration skills.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Rigorous documentation and traceability mindset.
• Autonomous, structured and solution-oriented attitude.
• Comfort with regulated and safety-critical environments.
• Railway sector experience is a strong asset.

Responsabilités

• Assemble and integrate railway test systems, racks and prototypes.
• Perform wiring and cabling based on schematics and drawings.
• Install and configure power supplies and distribution units.
• Support system bring-up, testing and first-level troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with railway safety, quality and documentation standards.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and wiring diagrams.
• Collaborate with system, test and quality engineers throughout the project.
