Verhaert Masters in Innovation in Puurs (Antwerp region) is seeking an R&D Project Engineer to lead development and transfer of process and system technologies across affiliates. You will work through the 5-phase development model, defining functional requirements and managing projects including in-house and outsourced developments.

• Master or PhD in mechanical, electrical or chemical engineering.
• Significant industrial project and systems development experience.
• Fluent in English; good knowledge of Dutch; German an asset.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage R&D projects from concept to manufacturing scale-up.
• Transfer new process and system technologies to affiliates.
• Define operating parameters and design validation plans for tech transfer.
• Provide drawings, samples, and manuals to support documentation.
• Collaborate with management, engineering, and external resources.
