Reynaers Group in Belgium is seeking an enthusiastic R&D Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team and drive advanced research on ventilation, seismic resistance, insulation and acoustics. You will perform FEM simulations, size components, and translate results into practical solutions for our products.

You collaborate with internal R&D teams and external partners, organize tests, and stay up to date with trends in low-energy buildings, digitalization and process automation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering.
• Strong analytical and testing mindset.
• Fluent Dutch and English communication.
• Able to work independently and in teams.
• Interest in international environment.

Responsabilités

• Participate in multidisciplinary research projects on ventilation, blast resistance, insulation, earthquake, fire and acoustics.
• Collaborate with internal R&D teams and external experts; translate results into product solutions.
• Organize and conduct tests or coordinate testing in the Technology Centre.
• Support development teams by sharing knowledge and proposing improvements.
• Keep up with market trends like low-energy buildings and digitalization.
