SCR-SIBELCO NV is seeking an Operator Quarry in Lommel, Belgium. The role focuses on ensuring installations run as per procedures, delivering (semi-)finished products in line with specs, and performing routine quality checks throughout the production process.

You will handle adjustments, support maintenance tasks, and collaborate with weighbridge and bagging operations to maintain continuous production. A lower high school diploma with relevant experience and technical English are required.

Qualifications

• Technical English – read and comprehend documentation.
• Prior experience in a similar quarry/production role.
• Lower degree in high school or equivalent, by experience acceptable.

Responsabilités

• Operate and adjust installations per procedures.
• Serve and manage pumps, taps and related equipment.
• Perform quality checks on products to meet process specs.
• Identify non-conformities and coordinate with team to ensure product quality.
• Carry out maintenance tasks and assist maintenance technicians as needed.
• Enter production data into the IT system.
• Ensure use of PPE and follow safety policies.
