imec invites Master internship candidates to contribute to the fabrication of novel electro-optical and electro-opto-mechanical quantum systems in Leuven. The 6 to 12 month program focuses on advancing quantum transducer research; interns work under supervision with a PhD mentor and the PI.

Applicants should show a strong interest in quantum optics and mechanics, independent problem-solving, and provide an updated CV plus transcript of records from their master's program.

Qualifications

• Background in quantum engineering, physics or electrical engineering.
• Strong interest in quantum optics & mechanics.
• Independent, solution-oriented mindset with ability to work autonomously.
