This is a full-time role based on site in Antwerp, Belgium.

Job Description:

The Quantity Surveyor for Piping and Mechanical will play an essential role in overseeing all quantity surveying activities related to these disciplines. This position involves managing costs and contracts, ensuring project budget adherence, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency in the mechanical and piping aspects of the project. Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Significant experience in quantity surveying with a focus on piping and mechanical works, preferably within large-scale industrial or construction projects.
• A thorough understanding of piping and mechanical systems, construction costs, and contract management.
• Familiarity with Belgian construction regulations, standards, and quality requirements in the mechanical and piping sectors.
