CTRL-F NV zoekt een Quality & Safety Manager die verantwoordelijk is voor het ontwikkelen, implementeren en monitoren van kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en welzijnsbeleid. U werkt nauw samen met management, productie en engineering op diverse sites in Vlaanderen, Wallonië en Frankrijk en staat stevig op de werkvloer.

U vertaalt wetgeving naar procedures, voert risicoanalyses uit en coördineert audits. Daarnaast bewaakt u BENOR/CE-dossiers en stimuleert u continue verbetering binnen de organisatie.

Qualifications

• Bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting.
• Preventieadviseur niveau II conform vereisten.
• Relevante ervaring in preventie, veiligheid, milieu en/of kwaliteitsbeheer.
• Kennis van BENOR en CE certificatie is een sterke meerwaarde.
• Goede kennis van Nederlands en Frans, Engels is een pluspunt.

Responsabilités

Description du poste

As Quality & Safety Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring our quality, safety and wellbeing policies. You will combine a policy-making role with a strong presence on the shop floor and work closely with senior management, production managers, engineering and staff at our various sites (two in Flanders, one in Wallonia and one in France). You are the driving force behind a culture in which working safely, to a high standard and sustainably is the norm, and you ensure this is achievable for all parties.

• As a health and safety adviser (Level II), you will, in collaboration with our external service provider, ensure compliance with legal requirements regarding health, safety and wellbeing.
• You draw up the overall health and safety plan, implement it and closely monitor its execution in collaboration with the relevant parties at our various sites.
• You translate legislation into clear and workable procedures and guidelines and ensure these are applied within the organisation.
• You are regularly present on the production floor, identifying risks and unsafe situations and taking corrective action where necessary.
• You support the engineering department in drawing up risk analyses for new machinery and installations.
• You investigate workplace accidents and incidents, identify improvement measures and follow these up.
• You coordinate internal and external safety audits and organise safety campaigns, information meetings and toolbox meetings.
• As an active member of the Committee for Prevention and Protection at Work, you will work alongside management and social partners to further develop a strong safety culture.
• In addition, you will be responsible for the further development and monitoring of our quality policy.
• You manage and update the relevant BENOR and CE dossiers for our products and processes.
• You monitor quality controls at the various production sites in collaboration with our local quality staff, analyse the available quality data and make adjustments where necessary.
• In the event of non-conforming results, you will consult with the relevant managers, draw up improvement and action plans, and monitor their implementation.
• You will oversee inspection visits and audits by certification bodies and, where necessary, coordinate specific quality tests with external laboratories.
• You follow up on quality-related customer complaints and work with production to develop structural solutions and corrective measures.
• For new products and projects, you are responsible for drawing up and implementing the quality plan.
• You promote continuous improvement and ensure that quality awareness is widely supported within the organisation. We zoeken iemand die technische kennis combineert met een pragmatische aanpak en die mensen weet mee te krijgen in verandering.
• Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting en hebt een stevige ervaring in soortgelijke functies.
• Je bent opgeleid als preventieadviseur niveau II en staat stevig in je schoenen om site overkoepelend én in samenwerking met management de lijnen uit te zetten en op te volgen.
• Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen preventie, veiligheid, milieu en/of kwaliteitsbeheer, bij voorkeur in een industriële of productieomgeving.
• Ervaring met BENOR, CE-certificatie, kwaliteitsmanagement of betontechnologie is een sterke meerwaarde.
• Je voelt je thuis op een productievloer en combineert kennis van wetgeving en procedures met een pragmatische aanpak.
• Je bent kritisch en analytisch, maar weet mensen tegelijk op een positieve manier mee te krijgen in verandering.
• Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en volgt dossiers nauwkeurig en resultaatgericht op.
• Je bent administratief sterk en weet prioriteiten te stellen.
• Je communiceert vlot met zowel medewerkers op de werkvloer als management, externe diensten en keuringsinstanties.
• Je beschikt over een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Frans. Kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.
• Je bent bereid je regelmatig te verplaatsen tussen onze verschillende productiesites.
