Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Manager in Process & Personnel Qualification Management to drive compliance and quality excellence in the pharmaceutical industry. You will lead process improvement projects and use digital tools to move from traditional processes to a data-centric qualification system.

You will collaborate with Global Development and governance, manage timelines, address risks, and report progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Business required; master's preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in a large matrix organization, with 5+ years in pharma/device compliance.
• Strong English communication, oral and written.
• Understanding of global regulatory frameworks and quality systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead process and training projects including development, mapping and delivery.
• Act as quality partner for Global Development, aligning with partners and governance.
• Manage tasks, timelines, and deliverables; address risks and report progress.
• Support digital transformation toward a data-centric qualification system.
• Lead or support audits, inspections, and cross-functional meetings as needed.
