Johnson & Johnson Beerse is seeking a Manager in Process & Personnel Qualification Management to drive compliance and quality excellence within pharmaceutical development. You will lead process and training projects, shaping qualification management with digital tools and data-centric content.

As a core quality partner, you will collaborate with Global Development, governance, and business stakeholders to implement improvements, manage risks, and communicate progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Business required; Masters preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in a medium to large-scale matrix organization with 5 years in pharma/device compliance.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Lead process and training related projects, including process development, mapping, and training/qualification delivery.
• Act as quality partner for Global Development, coordinating with business, quality and governance teams.
• Ensure the GxP Quality Framework adapts to regulatory changes and business needs.
• Manage project scope, timelines and deliverables; address risks and provide updates to management.
• Support or lead digital transformation initiatives toward data-centric content and qualification management.
