Ciner Glass in Lommel, Belgium, is looking for a quality operator to ensure glass bottles meet strict quality standards in a new factory. You will work on end-of-line checks, using automated inspection systems and manual checks to detect defects and improve the process.

You will be part of a team that values clear communication, with a 6-shift system offering weekends off in 4 out of 6 shifts, plus a 35% shift allowance, meal vouchers, and commuting allowance.

Qualifications

• Experience in production or strong interest in production work.
• Not color blind (quality control requirement).
• Speak and understand English well.
• You can work with computer systems and follow quality standards.

Responsabilités

• Check and handle glass bottles at the end of the production line.
• Cool and pack finished products according to guidelines.
• Work with automated inspection systems to detect defects.
• Perform manual quality checks when needed.
• Identify errors and adjust the process to improve quality and efficiency.
• Help keep the production safe and running smoothly.

Do you have an eye for detail and do you like working in a modern production environment? As a quality operator, you make sure glass bottles meet strict quality standards. You will start in a new factory and help build the production process from the beginning.

• You check and handle glass bottles at the end of the production line
• You cool and pack finished products according to guidlines
• You work with automated inspection systems to detect defects
• You also carry out manual quality checks when needed
• You identify errors and adjust the process to improve quality and efficiency
• You help keep the production safe and running smoothly
• Fixed contract after a succesful temporary period
• Training in day shift based on your experience
