Medista NV is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Officer to support QA managers with regulatory reporting, validation programs and quality systems in a pharmaceutical/healthcare context. You will release products, monitor contractor compliance, and help with data collection and reporting for product reviews and investigations.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, address technical issues, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Fluent or working proficiency in Dutch and French; English an asset.
• Solid experience in quality assurance field.
• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in industrial pharmacy or other scientific studies.

Responsabilités

• Serve as daily go-to for quality-related activities internally and externally.
• Manage quality systems, including issues and change management.
• Support QA managers with regulatory reporting, validation programs and audits.
• Release products according to approved specifications and procedures.
• Monitor contractor compliance via GxP documentation and onsite audits.
• Implement quality methods to inspect and evaluate product and production equipment.
• Collect data and write reports for product reviews, investigations, complaints and non-compliance.
• Distribute documentation to contractors for regulatory and validation topics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance.
• Address scheduling and process conflicts and respond to technical/quality issues.

Quality Officer

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Officer to assist our Quality Assurance Managers with process and reporting requirements in line with company policy. You will be responsible for activities, such as regulatory reporting, validation programs and quality assurance. You are willing to learn and motivate others to develop industry-specific knowledge and skills.

Your Role

• You are the daily go-to person internally and externally for quality-related activities.
• You manage our quality systems, including handling issues and change management.
• You will help with a variety of ad hoc tasks for the quality managers.
• You will release products according to approved specifications and procedures.
• You will monitor contractor compliance via GxP documentation and onsite audits.
• You will implement quality methods and procedures to inspect, test and evaluate the accuracy and precision of product and production equipment.
• You will collect data and write reports for periodic product reviews, investigations, complaints and non-compliance issues.
• You will distribute applicable documentation to contractors for regulatory, validation and expert review topics.
• You will work with cross-functional internal and external project teams to ensure compliance.
• You will respond to technical and quality issues and address scheduling and/or process conflicts.

Your Background

• You are bilingual (Dutch/French). English is an asset.
• You have solid experience in this field.
• You have a master’s or bachelor’s degree in industrial pharmacy or other scientific studies.
• Flexible schedules are a plus for you and do not scare you.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Precision is your middle name.
