Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Sr. Director of Enterprise Quality Governance to lead quality governance across international distribution, manufacturing, 3PL and private label operations.

You will collaborate with Quality, Legal, Regulatory and business leaders to strengthen standards and ensure regulatory compliance. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking and experience in highly regulated environments, with a focus on continuous improvement and global program governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industries.
• Experience in European and/or Asian pharmaceutical operations; highly regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern enterprise quality governance across international distribution, manufacturing, 3PL and private label operations.
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement of global quality and regulatory programs.
• Provide governance oversight and align with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Support regulatory intelligence and adapt processes to regulatory changes.
• Lead and participate in cross-functional quality and regulatory initiatives.
