Reynaers Group is seeking a Business Analyst to work across business, data, and systems, helping to translate processes into concrete data-driven solutions. You will collaborate with multiple teams to identify inefficiencies and leverage dashboards (Qlik) to unlock insights and drive improvements.

You will translate business needs for IT or data teams, monitor implementation, and ensure new solutions work effectively in practice. Dutch fluency and a passion for learning are essential.

Qualifications

• Initial experience in a role such as Business Analyst, consultant or analytical role involving data.
• Experience with reporting or dashboards (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Qlik).
• Strong analytical mindset and interest in understanding and improving processes.

Responsabilités

• Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and root causes.
• Translate business needs into concrete proposals for IT or data teams and monitor implementation.
• Develop and adapt solutions using data-driven insights and dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in across teams.
• Engage with quality processes and systems and continuously learn more about them.
