Job summary

HR Flux BV in Oudenaarde, Belgium is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the HACCP team and oversee the quality management system for a leading food sector company. The role focuses on safeguarding quality from raw materials to finished products and elevating on-site quality culture.

You will coordinate internal and external audits, monitor the analysis plan, and drive continuous improvements in quality processes in collaboration with sales, maintenance and production leads.

Qualifications

• Lead the quality assurance function and HACCP team on site.
• Develop, implement and maintain quality systems per defined standards.
• Monitor raw materials, intermediates and finished products for compliance.
• Coach and strengthen on-floor quality awareness through trainings.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and serve as main contact for inspectors.
• Track analysis plans and conduct project-based investigations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily QA activities on the production floor and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Lead audits and address findings with production, maintenance and sales.
• Drive continuous improvement of quality controls and processes.
• Document and manage quality complaints in collaboration with relevant departments.
