R&D Partners seeks a proactive Qualification Engineer to join the Material Life Cycle Management team in Geel, Belgium. You will work to onboard materials and services, ensure compliance with changes, and align procedures with internal and external standards.

The role involves cost management, process optimization with Excel and Power BI, and collaboration across R&D, MSAT, QC, and MFG teams. Day shifts onsite with growth opportunities in a biotech environment.

R&D Partners is seeking a proactive and solution-oriented Qualification Engineer to join the Material Life Cycle Management team at a leading biotechnology company in Geel, Belgium. Responsibilities

Core Business

• Onboarding new materials and services, ensuring their maintenance.
• Compliance checks for supplier-implemented changes.

Compliance

• Research and align local procedures with internal and external standards.
• Address gaps and implement efficient solutions to meet quality standards.

Business Continuity

• Ensure production planning by identifying timely alternatives during supply issues.
• Migrate documents into newly developed templates.

Cost Management

• Identify large cost items (direct and indirect) and propose cost-reduction strategies without compromising quality or supply.

Operational Excellence

• Optimize processes, data, and systems using Excel and Power BI.
• Support continuous improvement goals within the team.

Project Support

• Assist with projects such as Transfer Out.

Salary
