Job summary

Aggreko is seeking a Manager QHSE for Northern Europe, based in Germany or the Netherlands. You will lead the implementation of the Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental strategy across the region, partnering with operational leaders to drive a strong safety culture, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement in performance.

Fluent English is required and German or Dutch; you will manage multi-site operations and drive sustainability initiatives, risk management and incident

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Fluent in business English and German or Dutch; additional languages are an advantage.
• Experience using business intelligence and HSE management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Aggreko's QHSE strategy across Northern Continental Europe, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational priorities.
• Partner with regional leadership teams to strengthen safety culture, improve operational performance and drive continuous improvement across multiple sites.
• Lead risk management, incident investigations, audits, assurance activities and regulatory compliance programmes across the region.
• Drive environmental and sustainability initiatives, including the measurement, reporting and reduction of Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions.
• Provide expert QHSE support for major projects, customer engagements, tenders, crisis management and business continuity activities.

What You'll Do As Manager QHSE, Northern Europe

• Lead the delivery of Aggreko's QHSE strategy across Northern Continental Europe, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational priorities.
• Partner with regional leadership teams to strengthen safety culture, improve operational performance and drive continuous improvement across multiple sites.

• Provide expert QHSE support for major projects, customer engagements, tenders, crisis management and business continuity activities.

You Are

• An experienced HSE/QHSE leader with proven success supporting multi-site operations within industrial, engineering, energy, manufacturing or construction environments.
• A strong influencer and communicator who can build trusted relationships and drive change within a matrix organisation.
• Knowledgeable in ISO 14001, ISO 45001, sustainability frameworks and regional HSE compliance requirements.
• Degree qualified in a relevant discipline with strong analytical and reporting capabilities, including experience using business intelligence and HSE management systems.
• Fluent in business-level English and fluent in either German or Dutch, with additional European languages considered an advantage.
