ITProposal seeks an experienced Toetscoördinator / External Auditor in Antwerpen to coordinate testing and quality assurance for a major infrastructure project.

You will develop and maintain test and audit plans, monitor results, and liaise with contractors and project stakeholders to ensure compliance, traceability and continuous improvement.

The role is hybrid with onsite work and Dutch language proficiency required; flexibility to work across teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure or civil engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality-related roles within infrastructure or civil engineering.
• Proven experience with test plans and/or audit plans.
• Experience processing, documenting and reporting audit/test results.
• Strong knowledge of quality auditing, audit management and process improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills.
• Experience with risk management is an advantage.
• Dutch language proficiency at native or bilingual level.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Proactive, structured and collaborative approach.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain the test/audit plan and planning to ensure effective quality control.
• Coordinate audits and assessments with contractors and project stakeholders.
• Monitor the quality of tests, assessments and results.
• Evaluate and audit procedures to ensure quality and continuous process improvement.
• Identify findings, risks and areas for improvement and report these to project management.
• Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of the contractor's quality management system.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure proper follow-up of audit findings.
• Act as a bridge between project teams, contractors and management.
